Perodua will be providing a free 50-point safety check to assist Perodua vehicle owners at Aeon Rawang shopping mall between 6th November and 8th November, ahead of the Deepavali holiday on the following Tuesday, 10th November 2015.
The Tweckbot programme was adapted before the Chinese New Year celebration this year in order to reach out to more car owners. In the past, Perodua used social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to reach out to owners. Now, they can meet the Tweckbot team at a strategic location.
“It is hoped that we will be able to reach out to more customers during this season than we did last year – because here at Perodua ‘You Matter Most’,” Aminar said. He said for this year’s Chinese New Year and Hari Raya, the Tweckbot service attracted almost 1,250 customers.
Car owners will be informed on Tweckbot locations via Twitter and Facebook as well as advertisements in local papers. Do take note that the Tweckbot team will only conduct an inspection of the vehicle and they would further give advice to the owner on whether or not the vehicle needs to be serviced or is due for repairs.
The 50-point safety check includes an engine check, transmission check, coolant system which include coolant level as well as fan and temperature, brake system check including brake fluid and brake pad wear, power steering system check, clutch system check, tyre check, suspension system check, electrical system check and engine diagnosis.
A 20% discount for parts and accessories will be given to all those vehicles that return to our service branches and dealers.
