NAZA Premira Sdn Bhd has just introduced their latest bike to the Malaysian market, called the Aprilia SR Max 300. The new Aprilia SR Max 300 is a maxi-scooter that has been given a sporty touch. The SR Max 300 is fully imported from Italy.
The Aprilia SR Max 300 features a 278 cc single cylinder four-stroke engine with four valves. This engine has electronic fuel-injection and pumps out 22 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 23 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. Aprilia has fitted a CVT to the SR Max 300 for a smoother ride. The fuel tank capacity is 15.5 litres, and coupled with the claimed fuel economy of 3L/100 km, the tank in the Aprilia SR Max 300 can travel an approximate 500 km between fill-up. This makes it well suited for long-distance travel, hence ‘Scootourer’; a scooter that’s also a touring bike.

Available in two colours, namely Nero Aprilia and Bianco Glam, the Aprilia SR Max 300 will retail for RM31,800 (inclusive of GST), but for the first 50 lucky buyers, they are able to purchase the Aprilia SR Max at just RM28,800. The bike will be covered by a 2-year/20,000 km manufacturer warranty.
