As mentioned in our previous post, Lexus is set to debut the new Lexus LF-SA concept at the Geneva Motor Show and lucky for us, we are able to view the very first official ‘secret’ images of the concept ahead of its official debut.
Looking small yet aggressive, the LF-SA concept is a 3-door city car with a body style that blurs the lines between small coupes, crossovers and hatchbacks, and a design that has more curves that what we’ve come to expect from recent Lexus models. However, the concept retains the company’s trademark pinched spindle grille and LED light signature, while also sporting muscular fenders, distinctive wheels and a unique tailgate with an integrated rear spoiler.
The angular styling continues in the cabin as there’s a uniquely shaped dashboard and centre console. You can also see a metallic accents and what appears to be a heads-up display.
There’s no word on the powertrain but the concept is reportedly previews a new entry-level model that will slot beneath the CT 200h. While nothing is official, the production variant could be based on the Yaris and go on sale in 2018.
