Working at Ferrari has its perks especially if you have a family with young kids. During the summer, you can leave your children from the ages of 3 to 14 in the hands of 80 education professionals and the service is free of charge at the Ferrari Summer Centres every day, from 7.30am to 8.30pm.

This is how Ferrari Chairman, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo reward his employees for the work they’ve contributed to the company. “I am very keen on this initiative that is an amazing example of company welfare and a well-run collaboration with local institutions,” said Montezemolo. “All those involved in the organization have done an extraordinary job.”

“With the Summer Centres, families can leave their children with qualified educational staff, in a safe and quiet place, close to the factory, which gives the parents a real rest during the school holidays,” said Montezemolo.

Recently, Montezemolo and Scuderia Ferrari test driver Marc Gene paid a visit to the child care centre and to mark the visit, the children put on a performance with singing and dancing, much to the delight of the guests. Before leaving the children and the staff to their activities, Montezemolo thanked the Mayor of Maranello, Massimiliano Morini, for his continued support for the initiative and the parish priest of Maranello, Father Paolo Monelli for his coordinating efforts.
