Recently, Honda was caught testing the all-new but camouflaged NSX supercar at the Mecca of test tracks, the Nurburgring, with spy pics emerging from the Internet suggesting we are getting closer to its launch. However, the camouflaged mid-engine hybrid supercar from the East was burned to the ground at the “Green Hell” on Thursday.
It was reported that there were two people in that car when the incident took place, and both of them escaped unharmed. The fire was believed to have started from the engine compartment. Judging by the looks of the carnage, the NSX prototype suffered a total loss. No word from Honda on this incident, so perhaps it’s back to the drawing board.
One thing for sure now is that the NSX already has something in common with the Ferrari 458, Audi R8, Lamborghini Gallardo and Porsche 911 GT3 – click on each link to find out!
