More photos of the soon to be launched Golf R Mk7 has emerged and this time it is on ProArt Motorsport’s Facebook page. I sort of predicted that the car will be launched in May but it seemed that it will be launched in June. Several dealerships have already sent out invitations to their existing customers to invite them to see the new Golf R.
In terms of pricing, it hasn’t been confirmed yet but rumours point it to be in the sub RM280,000+ range. Price has definitely increased and we saw that in the trend of the Mk7 Golf GTI. Other things to note in the image is that the car doesn’t come with the Recaro semi bucket seats as compared to the previous version of the Mk6 Golf R.
