Nasim Sdn Bhd’s on-going nationwide network expansion exercise continued today with the expansion of its latest outlet in the country, Peugeot Desa Pandan.
Peugeot Desa Pandan is the fifth outlet currently in operation in Kuala Lumpur. The outlet, which comprises of a 35,000 square-foot facility, is a 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre. The outlet was previously a showroom centre.
“The expansion of the Desa Pandan outlet was to meet the growing demand of our customers within the Desa Pandan area and its immediate conurbation. Ten more to come, Nasim Sdn Bhd is poised to meet our sales target of 7,000 units for this year with an 8% increase from 2013,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George, Chief Operating Officer of Nasim.
He said that in 2013, French marques such as Peugeot saw an upward trend of 7% sales in 2013 over 2012. This was also reflected in Peugeot vehicle sales last year where there was an increase of 6% in vehicle sales in 2013 as compared to 2012.
Built at a cost of over RM1.5 million, Peugeot Desa Pandan will serve customers in Bandar Baru Wangsa Maju, Bukit Bintang, Pudu, Maluri, Central Market, Chinatown, Chow Kit, Jalan Raja Laut, Dataran Merdeka, Istana Budaya, Istana Negara, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Kia Peng, Jalan Keramat, Jalan Maktab, Jalan Maharajalela, Jalan Semarak, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Tun Razak, Kampong Attap, Kampong Baru, KLCC, Masjid Jamek, Dang Wangi, Pandan Perdana, Desa Pandan, Pekeliling, Jalan Pahang and Titiwangsa.
Peugeot Desa Pandan is equipped with customer lounges, meeting rooms, Wifi, and a store selling official Peugeot merchandise. Its service centre is equipped with two service bays with the capacity to service up to 15 cars a day.
Peugeot Desa Pandan marks the inaugural launch of Nasim’s nationwide network expansion exercise for 2014 with plans to launch ten more outlets within the year.
