Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced that the Polo 1.6 Hatchback will be priced at RM69,888.
The new price is only valid for a limited time and does not include insurance and road tax.
Under the hood, the Volkswagen Polo 1.6 Hatchback is powered by a familiar 1.6-litre MPI petrol engine mated to a six-speed automatic with Tiptronic. The non-turbocharged engine does 105 PS and 153 Nm.
One of the bggest update for the Polo is the addition of the RCD 330G head unit, which now features a touch screen interface. As before, the head unit features a single CD player, USB and iPod connectivity, AUX input, SD card slot and Bluetooth. MirrorLink is also support on the RCD 330G.
Safety kit remains identical, with Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with Brake Assist (BA), anti-pinch for all four windows, ISOFIX anchor points, anti-theft immobilizer, dual SRS airbags and Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS).
