UPDATED: UMW Toyota Motor has dropped a new teaser of the Sienta, now showcasing the new MPV’s interior. Watch it below!
Initially previewed at the 2016 My Auto Fest, UMW Toyota Motor has dropped another teaser of the upcoming Toyota Sienta.
The company previously released the full specifications of the new Sienta, which garnered quite a lot of interest. No surprises there, as the official specifications do indicate that the Sienta is one of the best equipped new non-national MPVs on the market that can be had for less than RM100,000.
From the video, we can see Toyota highlights several key features of the new Sienta, including the Bi-LED projector headlights with auto leveling, LED DRLs, rear LED combination lights with LED guide lights, 16-inch alloy wheels with two-tone design, Smart Entry Key with push start button and power sliding doors with anti pinch.
In addition to that, the video also showcases the Sienta’s equally new 1.5-litre Dual VVT-i mill, mated to a CVT. This combination will soon find its way to the facelifted Vios, slated to arrive in the coming months.
The Toyota Sienta, when it officially launches next week, will be available in two trim levels, namely the Sienta 1.5 G and Sienta 1.5 V. Prices will start from RM92,900 for the 1.5 G, all the way to RM99,900 for the range-topping Sienta 1.5 V. Both prices are OTR with insurance.
