Within 10 days of its official launch on 2 March 2017, Honda Malaysia has already achieved its one month booking target of 2,000 units for the new City.
The new City is the second model that was launched by Honda Malaysia this year following the launch of the BR-V. It continues the momentum of Honda sales and the company is confident in achieving its 100,000 units target for this year.
According to Honda Malaysia, the V variant is the most popular variant, leading the bookings at 44% followed by the E variant at 38%. The S variant which has the most additions in terms of new value-added features experienced more than a threefold jump in bookings to 18%, as compared to its previous 5% ratio. From the bookings, Lunar Silver Metallic colour is the most sought after by customers.

Honda Malaysia assures customers that they are working hard to deliver the new City to all the new owners and that stocks are available at the current booking pace. At the moment, there’s no waiting period for the purchase of the new City due to the available capacity of the 2 lines in the Honda Malaysia Pegoh factory.
Adding to the two successful launches, Honda Malaysia will be celebrating another milestone at the end of this month. In conjunction with the ceremony which will be announced later, the company is organising two campaigns to reward customers.
The “Best Time to Get Best Protection” campaign offers tint film, Ecotint RayBarrier Splendour at RM850 to all new and existing Honda owners from now until 29 March 2017*.
