Mohd Yuszaidi Supangat piloted his Honda to win Round 2 of the 2015 M7 Pro Oil Sepang Drag Battle at Sepang International Circuit (SIC), moving him nicely to the top spot in Class B.
Last month during Round 1 of the Sepang Drag Battle, Yuszaidi only managed a fourth position. This time, he returned and defeated Adib Affandi Mohamad and his Ford last Saturday to earn him five points, bringing his total points to six. Yuszaidi now shares the same amount of points with Anuar Wahab, who walked back with a fourth place, earning just one point in the process.
Third place was awarded to Mohd Syukri Osman, who defeated Anuar to climb into third position. Syukri has five points at the moment.
As for Class C, Round 1 winner Muhamad Riduwan discovered the hard way, as his rivals were much stronger in Round 2. Riduwan was pushed to fourth position with a single point. Class C was championed by Adib Affandi Mohamad and his Ford.
Meanwhile in Class D, Kamarudin Ahmad defeated Anwar Wahab to win the class in the battle of the Honda machines. Despite that, Anwar still walked back with five points in total, two from Round 1. He now shares the top spot with Kamaruddin.
Mohd Shidie Misnan shocked Round 1 winner Muhammad Ridzuan Ahmad in Class F by winning that round, and placed himself as the contender for the overall championship. Shidie now has five points and is now second in standings.
