Seems like it has been a busy week for French cars, and French car fans should take note, for in addition to the recent opening of the new Peugeot 3S Centre in Setia Alam (see separate story), Citroen is also on a charge, this time up north. Naza Euro Motors, the importers and distributors of the marque here, recently opened a Citroen Centre in Juru.
Measuring in at 6,000 square feet, Citroen Juru is a 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre with facilities such as customer lounges, discussion rooms, meeting rooms, Astro and free Wifi in addition to a service centre equipped with four service bays with the capacity to service six cars a day. Owned and operated by Naza Euro Motors, Citroen Juru will serve markets in the northern region, namely Penang, Kedah, Perak and Perlis. “With the launch of Citroen Juru, our representation in the state of Penang is wholesome servicing the island and the mainland,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George (below, second from right), Chief Operating Officer of Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd.
“We have already established ourselves on Penang Island with our showroom at Island Glades and 2S Centre at Jelutong, which have been in operation since April 2013,” he said. Naza Euro Motors launched both the Citroen DS4 and DS5 in February this year at its RM3.5 million maiden outlet, Citroen Glenmarie. Both models are part of Citroen’s DS line with the aim of introducing distinctive models with ground breaking designs built on the pillars of the brand’s tagline – Creative Technologie.
Citroen Juru is part of the company’s network-building exercise and will be followed by two outlets in the Klang Valley and an outlet in the southern region.
