Order books are now officially open at Bentley Kuala Lumpur for the 2025 Bentayga Speed, and it’s not just a name refresh—this is the most powerful, most dynamic version of Bentley’s luxury SUV ever built with a price tag of RM2.8 million . Replacing the venerable W12 with a brawnier, brasher twin-turbocharged V8, the Speed ushers in a new era for the Bentayga.
You’ll know this isn’t just any Bentayga the moment you see it with the dark-tinted chrome accents, unique Speed badging on the front doors, and dark-tint headlamps and tail lamps that give the SUV a stealthy presence. Standard are 22-inch Speed wheels, offered in dark tint or silver finishes—but if you’re ticking the right option boxes (specifically, the carbon ceramic brakes), you’ll unlock the dramatic 23-inch wheels in grey satin, gloss black, or a black and machined combo.

Perhaps the most distinctive feature? A black roof, standard for the Speed, which extends all the way to the lower section of the tailgate spoiler. Depending on your taste and body colour, it can be finished in either gloss or satin.
Slip inside and it’s a familiar world of Bentley opulence, but sharpened for performance. The cabin gets the Speed-specific driver display, Speed branding on the fascia, treadplates, and embroidered seats, and if chrome is too shiny for your mood, dark-tint finishes are available for the air vents and organ stops.
A standout feature is the ‘Precision Diamond’ quilt pattern, borrowed from the new Continental GT, found on the seat shoulders, door panels, and rear backboard in four-seat configurations. The two-tone upholstery has also been flipped on its head—the darker hide dominates, while accents of the main colour peek through on key trim sections. It’s moody, modern, and unmistakably Bentley.
Gone is the legendary W12, but don’t shed a tear just yet. In its place is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that delivers a thunderous 650 PS and 850 Nm of torque from just 2,250 rpm. It’s not just more powerful than the outgoing W12 (by 15 PS), but also quicker to 100 km/h, hitting the benchmark in 3.4 seconds—half a second faster. Top speed? 310 km/h, assuming you’ve ticked that tasty carbon ceramic brake option.

If you’ve ever dreamed of drifting a 2.5-tonne luxury SUV while enjoying massage seats, well, this is your moment. The new ESC Dynamic mode allows you to play with on-throttle slip angles, transforming the Bentayga into something that—while still composed—can be shockingly playful. Of course, for maximum fun, this mode is only available if you spec those carbon ceramic brakes.
Sport mode has been updated, now with 15% stiffer suspension, and launch control makes its Bentayga debut. All-wheel steering is also on the table, improving agility at low speeds and providing high-speed stability. This might be the first Bentayga you won’t want a chauffeur for.

Bentley Kuala Lumpur is offering the Bentayga Speed from RM2.8 million as mentioned above, inclusive of duties but excluding options. Production timelines haven’t been revealed yet, but placing your order now gets you to the front of the queue.
