A truck as its name suggests that it has to be able to cover long distances. That means being able to haul stuff from one location to another location. Pit stops along the way is fine and for manufacturers who are touting for electric trucks, how does one do that? Tesla is already testing that out by sending their electric Semi Truck across the country fully utilising the company’s supercharger network.
There is no assistance and no help as well as accompanying vehicles, the only manual help needed is to use the extension cable to plug the beast of a machine into the supercharger network. According to an article on Engadget, the cable basically plugs into multiple charging stations at once, possibly to induce a faster charge of the huge battery.

That is one part of the equation solved, the Tesla Electric Semi can cover long distances but what is still out there is how long did it take for the truck to cover that distance and how long does it spend at the supercharger stations on average to refill up its juice. I am sure Tesla is working on those to continue to give their early adopting customers confidence.
Routing is also another factor as certain logistical routes may not have the Tesla Supercharger network readily available. But that could also prove to be an opportunity for Tesla to service these routes as well, as how one would open up a service stop along a busy logistical route.
