Volkswagen recently hosted the car presentation ceremony to the grand prize winners of the 29th Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian (ABPBH).
As the automotive sponsor of the award, Volkswagen Malaysia presented the Passat R-Line Special for the ‘Most Popular Artiste’ category, and the new Vento 1.2 TSI Highline for the winner of the ABPBH Vote and Win Contest.
“I’m very grateful and humbled by all my fans who voted for me and for their endless support. It means the world to me. And I’m also very happy with winning this very special Volkswagen Passat. This is my first Volkswagen and I can’t wait to start driving it around and find out what it is capable of,” said Neelofa.
Neelofa’s new Passat R-Line Special is the only one of its kind here in Malaysia. It comes with unique R-Line fittings, such as front and rear bumper, pedal caps, a black front grille, black rear spoiler, black Volkswagen and Passat emblems, and exhaust covers.
Meanwhile, the lucky winner of the ABPBH Vote and Win contest is 25-year old Muhammad Zulhilmi Yusof from Kelantan, who drives home a brand new Volkswagen Vento 1.2 TSI Highline.
“I was absolutely stunned when I was informed that I had won a Volkswagen Vento. I had read that it’s the most powerful sedan in its class, which is really impressive. I never expected to win – it’s such a blessing and I’m happy that luck was on my side. Thank you!,” said an ecstatic Muhammad Zulhimi.
The prize handover ceremony was held at Volkswagen Sri Hartamas 3S Centre and this was followed by a meet-and-greet session by Neelofa to invited Volkswagen owners, guests and fans.
