Shell Malaysia has introduced a new line of Rimula products plus a new improved flagship full synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil, all with a newly redesigned packaging.
The new Shell Rimula R6 LM 10W-40 fully-synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil now feature the company’s unique Dynamic Protection Plus Technology, which combines Shell’s propriety PurePlus Technology and Adaptive Additive Technology. Together, the engine oil delivers excellent all-weather protection, longer engine life, extended oil change intervals and reduces fuel consumption.
Furthermore, the new Rimula R6 LM offers up to 53% better engine protection against wear and deposits and up to 45% better fuel economy. The oil’s upgraded CJ-4 specifications now exceeds ACEA, MAN and Mercedes-Benz specifications for engine wear and cleanliness to prolong engine oil change intervals. The new Rimula R6 is recommended for engines with Euro 5 to 6 emissions standards.

In conjunction with the launch of the new Rimula products, Shell Lubricants also launched the 2016 edition of the popular Shell Rimula Global Promotion. For this year, eight grand prize winners will head to South Africa for a unique driving challenge.
The new Shell Rimula will cost RM576.20 for a 20-litre barrel.
