You probably remember last year’s when Koenigsegg took us by surprise with its outstanding display of supercars including the mind-blowing Regera at the Geneva Motor Show. Well this year, the automaker returns to the show with three new supercars, including two world premieres.
Ever since the Koenigsegg Agera RS made its world premiere at last year’s Geneva Motor Show, it became the fastest selling car in Koenigsegg history with an order taken for the 25th and final car, just 10 months after its debut. Due to the overwhelming response, the company is set to debut yet another stunning Agera RS model at Geneva this year.
The Koenigsegg Regera was also the star of the Geneva show in 2015, when it was first shown in concept form. After 12 months of development and 3000 changes later, Koenigsegg will unveil the production guise of the Regera for the first time. As a refresher, the Regera is a hybrid, gearbox-less hyper-machine that churns out 1500hp and 2000Nm of torque. This allows it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds, 150 to 250 km/h in 3.2 seconds, and 0 to 400 km/h in under 20 seconds.
The Agera has also been an outstanding success for Koenigsegg and it’s fitting that the name is sent out in style. At the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, Koenigsegg will premiere the final Agera series ever.
More details will be available on 1st March but to anticipate its arrival, Koenigsegg has released two teaser photos and a video on their twitter account giving us a little hint of their new machines, ready to cause a huge stir at the motor show!

Geneva is coming! How about a little testing first? I couldn't resist filming this as I left the office. pic.twitter.com/AhBO09Ign3
