Toyota is all set to debut the hotter S-FR Racing Concept at the 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon, which will happen next month.
The new racing S-FR is pretty much based on the regular S-FR Concept shown at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, but with some extra bits and pieces added on.
Up front, the Toyota S-FR Racing Concept features various aero bits like a front diffuser, side canards, larger front grille and a revised front bonnet. The side gains new skirting while the rear receives a large wing and rear diffusers. The racing look is completed with a set of matching wheels all round which hides some massive brakes behind.
Toyota has yet to reveal what powertrain will be under the hood of the S-FR Racing Concept, but some quarters claims that the S-FR could receive either a naturally-aspirated 1.5-litre or a turbocharged 1.2-litre.
Expect more in depth details once Toyota officially unveils it at the 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon.
