The first Perodua loyalty programme reached a milestone when it registered 25,000 members since it was officially opened for registration in 1st August 2015 and has successfully conducted its first official outing with nearly 200 members over the weekend.
This first activity, called the UFirst Adventure Quest took place at the UK Farm Agro Resort in Kluang, Johor where participants took part in family related fun, outdoor activities for cash prizes.
“UFirst is more than just a rewards programme as we also incorporate various activities to be closer to our valued customers,” Perodua President and CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said.
200 members came in 50 cars to complete 6 challenges. The winner took home RM2,000, while the runner-up and second runner-up received RM1,200 and RM800 respectively. All team members received an exclusive adventure gift pack worth RM150. In addition to the gift pack, every participant were eligible for a lucky draw.
During the UFirst Adventure Quest, participants were able to get closer to nature and enjoy other activities such as night safari, horse rides etc together with their families and friends.
The UFirst programme was introduced on 1st August this year to reward its customers for their trust and loyalty, while its name reflects Perodua’s commitment towards placing their customers first in whatever they did. To complement UFirst official website, www.ufirst.com.my, a mobile app was also introduced to provide convenience to its members.
With this app, customers can easily access to promotions from Perodua’s participating partners and the Perodua Smart Assist emergency assistance, plus a GPS-linked feature to locate any Perodua showroom, service centre and Body & Paint hub.
