Spied! Could this be the Bugatti Veyron successor?

A very grainy photo of what could be the successor to the Bugatti Veyron has emerged, quite possibly the first time we’ve seen it unmasked.

According to sources, the successor to the Bugatti Veyron will be called the Chiron, and will boast upwards of 1,500 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque. This spy photo was posted by Autoblog.nl.

Because the photo is so grainy, it is hard to make out the details, but the signature Bugatti tombstone grille can clearly be seen on the picture above. Perhaps the car is headed to Pebble Beach for a private viewing session for potential buyers as it was spied at the Los Angeles airport.

The Bugatti Chiron is expected to debut some time next year, and top speed is estimated to be at 288 mph. Zero to 100 kmh? 2 second flat, according to sources.
