Whenever someone asks me what are the benefits of buying a BMW especially from an authorised dealer, I would say the BMW White Card program. From my personal experiences, I have been able to attend great activities at the Phil Harmonic centre, the BMW Advanced and Intensive Drivers training, discounts for my medical check-ups at Prince Court Medical Centre and also free entrance to the CIMB Classic golf tournament. These are some of the benefits which does give BMW an edge and definitely they do maintain their standards at a high level.

BMW Concierge also makes available solutions to better enhance the comfort in the home of a BMW White Card Elite member. Whether it is something small like a leaky faucet or a bigger problem like pest infestation, the Home Assistance service is able to put individuals through to the experts who can solve any disruption to the comfort of their own homes. By dialling into BMW Concierge, individuals can source for locksmiths, plumbers and electricians in addition to air conditioner, pest control, and home cleaning services.

BMW Concierge is also able to put members through to professionals who can help them arrange luxurious experiences ranging from exclusive events and parties of any sort to a gastronomic holiday adventure. The Unique Experience Arrangement service includes services for event planning, private dining assistance, referral and assistance for food tours, as well as services for information on food tasting events.

In addition to that, Shopping Assistance also provides personal shopper services, flower and gift delivery assistance, as well as jewellery and watches referral assistance.

BMW customers are entitled to be a member of the BMW White Card Elite program with the ownership of selected BMW vehicles from BMW authorised dealers in Malaysia. The selected BMW vehicles include the BMW 7 Series, BMW 6 Series, BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo, BMW X5, BMW X6 and BMW M models.
