In conjunction with the eni FIM World Superbike Championship 2015 (WSBK) Malaysia Round this year, Sepang International Circuit will be giving motorcycling fans the biggest bike fest experience.
SIC will be transforming the circuit into a wholesome bike festival during the FIM World Superbike Championship 2015 (WSBK), which includes popular biking events such as Motack, Motojamm and the Malaysian Supermoto Championship.
SIC Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Razlan Razali said, “Following the recent announcement of a wildcard participant who will be competing in WSBK, we are organising a bike fest here in Malaysia to drum up the excitement even further. We are anticipating high attendance from fans looking forward to all the fun and exciting activities that we’ve lined up for the WSBK weekend. Motorsport fans will not just get to watch the race and the exciting stunt show off track, but will also get to participate in activities that test their skills.”
The Malaysian leg of the eni FIM World Superbike Championship 2015 will be the tenth round of the 13-leg championship. The race will feature the Superbike World Championship and the Supersport World Championship and support races include the second round of the Malaysia Superbike Championship and the Ducati 899 Cup.
“It will be a weekend of non-stop adrenaline rush for fans and their family and friends. For the biking enthusiasts, you can find all the activities you need at one single venue on one weekend. To those who are interested to attend the event, don’t miss out on the early bird promotions which will end on 30 June. These tickets are not just affordable, but with the host of activities that have been planned, the tickets are indeed worth every sen,” Dato’ Razlan added.
Ticket price will start from just RM63.60 inclusive of GST for seats located at the K1 Grandstand. K1 Grandstand provides a perfect view of Turns 6,7,8, and 9 as well as Turn 15 and the entry on the front straight. Ticket price for the Main Grandstand is currently priced at only RM106, lower than its regular price of RM137.80 with GST.
Fans are encouraged to purchase the Paddock Access tickets which allow them to catch the event from the rooftop of the Pit Building, meet the riders including the legendary wildcard rider and team members, as well as enjoy a close view of the activities within the paddock. The paddock passes are currently offered at RM265 each, compared to the normal pricing of RM530.
SIC is also offering an Early Bird promotion, whereby the Paddock Access Package is priced at RM307.40 with GST, the Main Grandstand Package is offered at RM148.40 inclusive of GST, while the K1 Grandstand Package is priced at RM106 inclusive of GST.
