Ford customers can now service their vehicles at 9 Quick Lane service centres available across Peninsular Malaysia. The launch of these 9 centres marks the first phase of Quick Lane openings, with more facilities scheduled to open over the coming year. There are 4 Quick Lane located within the Klang Valley, and 1 each in Penang, Ipoh, Juru, Johor Bahru and Muar.
The Quick Lane allows Ford customers to send their vehicles for regular maintenance and minor repairs including oil and filter changes, tyre rotation, brake systems, tyres, minor exhaust system rectifications, free multipoint vehicle inspections, tune-ups and alignments.
Apart from that, there’s no prior appointments needed, as Quick Lane is configured to cater for customers on a first-come-first-serve basis, with a turnaround time of two hours or less.
Just like its regular service centres, Ford Quick Lane are equipped with the company’s standard tools and advanced software, allowing well-trained Ford technicians to identify and rectify potential issues and keep customer vehicles in top condition.
Alongside investment in new and existing Ford dealerships, Quick Lane is an important element of Ford and SDAC’s commitment to continue enhancing its customer and ownership experience. The overall enhancement strategy will see SDAC invest RM140 million over the next two years.
