Introduced back in 2012, the Honda Civic FB has been in our market for 2 years plus, and now with a facelift. For the facelift, the Civic now gets more value-added features and a new front grille design.

Under the hood, the facelifted Honda Civic gets the same tried-and-tested 1.8 L and 2.0 L SOHC i-VTEC engines, paired to the familiar 5-speed automatic gearbox.
Exterior wise, a new front grille and lower grille assembly sets the facelifted model apart from the pre-facelift model. Like before, the 1.8 L models get 16-inch rims, while the 2.0 L models get 17-inch rims.
As for the interior, both the 1.8 L S and the 2.0 L S will get improvements to its interior door handle while the 2.0 L NAVI gets a unique ‘Piano Black Finish’. Also new for the facelifted models is the smart entry with push start button, which is now standard across the range. Also standard across the range now is auto headlamps.
Honda Malaysia will also be adding a new colour option, namely Twilight Blue to it extensive range of colours. Other available colours include Taffeta White, Alabaster Silver Metallic, Modern Steel Metallic and Crystal Black Pearl.
Despite these improvements and enhancements, the Honda Civic facelift actually retails cheaper than the older variant, with the on-the-road price of the Civic 1.8 L S being RM113,800 (previously RM115,980), Civic 2.0 L S at RM125,800 (previously RM131,980) and the Civic 2.0 L NAVI at RM132,800 (previously RM136,980). The Honda Civic comes with a 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage with a service interval of 10,000 km.
