Suzuki Malaysia Automobile Sdn Bhd has recently launched their latest model, the S-Cross. The S-Cross is set to repalce the ageing SX4 model, and comes fully CBU from Hungary.

On the outside, the Suzuki S-Cross looks similar to the predecessor, with a pair of automatic HID headlights with LED day-time running lights (DRLs). It also features integrated roof-rails, rain-sensing wipers and 17″ rims wrapped with 205/50/R17 tires.
Under the hood, the familiar Suzuki M16A 1.6 L engine can be found here. The engine produces a total of 117 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and the peak torque of 156 Nm comes in at 4,400 rpm. The Suzuki S-Cross features a Continuously Variable Transmission for an improved fuel consumption. Under the UNECE R101 New European Driving Cycle, the Suzuki S-Cross can return an official fuel consumption of just 17.2 km/L. 0-100 km/h is achieved in 11.0 seconds due to the car’s light weight, tipping the scales at less than 1,185 kg.
Moving onto the interior, the Suzuki S-Cross has fabric seats with silver stitching. Cruise control with speed limiter also comes as standard on the S-Cross. Besides that, buyers will also get paddles shifters, dual-zone air-conditioning, a 7-inch display integrated with a navigation system, keyless push-start and a double sliding panaromic sunroof. On the safety front, buyers would be pleased to know that the S-Cross comes with 7 airbags as standard, as well as ABS, EBD, BA, Hill Hold Control and Electronic Stability Control.
The new Suzuki S-Cross is now available from RM129,888, on the road without insurance. Buyers can choose between Crystal Lime Metallic, Amethyst Gray Pearl Metallic, Cool White Pearl and Boost Blue Pearl Metallic as their colour choice. Suzuki Malaysia Automobile is offering the Extended Warranty Program of 5 years or 150,000 km warranty and Suzuki Assist standard for buyers as well. Suzuki Malaysia Automobile is targeting to sell about 400 units for 2015.
