Proton Nationwide Transformation Programme: 3S outlet in Pasir Gudang revamped

As part of its on-going nationwide transformation exercise to improve its service centres, Proton recently officiated the new look to one of its largest 3S service outlets in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

The centre, Kulis Auto Sdn Bhd, has been an authorised Proton dealer for the past 9 years. With the initial building cost of RM5 million, the 3S Service Centre has been serving customers in Johor Bahru as well as the surrounding areas including Kota Tinggi, Plentong, Johor Jaya, Masai and Ulu Tiram.

The 2.0 acre facility features a lounge facilities, a meeting room, Astro and free high-speed WiFi internet in addition to a service centre equipped with 8 service bays and the capacity to service up to 15 cars a day.

In conjunction with the launch of the new revamped 3S centre, Proton is currently offering its customers a special promotion package known as “My Proton Family” that allows current Proton owners to purchase another Proton car with a loyalty discount of 5%. Apart from that, all new cars come with 3 years free service and up to 5 years free warranty.

The offer is also extended to the Proton car owner’s families. This means their next Proton car does not necessarily have to be registered under the existing customer’s name.

Proton currently have 270 service outlets nationwide with 16 outlets will be/ has been upgraded to 4S centres. Apart from that, 47 outlets have already begin operating 7 days a week starting 10 October 2014 whilst the rest will follow suit by January 2015, gradually.
