Developed with the concept of “Advanced Prestige”, the ever-popular Toyota Fortuner has recently been refreshed. The Fortuner has received various upgrades for its exterior by way of new dark grey 17-inch alloy rims and black interior to bring forth a more impressive and luxurious image. Not compromising on its safety features, the Fortuner now comes with ISOFIX, the new additional passive safety feature; these improvements were actually inspired by customer feedback.
In response to customer feedback, the previous sandbeige colour theme for the cabin has now been changed to black. Apart from projecting a high quality image, the black interior colour also suits SUV usage better. For a touch of class, the black combination leather upholstery of the Fortuner 2.7V variant has fine silver stitching. The driver also gets a 6-way power adjustable seat, enabling a comfortable driving position to be obtained with ease. The Fortuner 2.5G variants have fabric upholstery.
The dashboard, centre console and door trims have also changed accordingly in order to complement the new darker interior color of Fortuner. For the Fortuner 2.7V, the new black dashboard is matched with the new design black woodgrain that conveys a prestigious and high-class image. In contrast, the Fortuner 2.5G with the new black dashboard is combined with silver elements to accentuate an advanced image. Good news for prospective buyers, despite the enhancements, there is no price increase over the current model (see below). Powertrains remain unchanged.
As with all the models offered by UMW Toyota , the Toyota Fortuner range comes with a 3-year/100,000 kms (whichever occurs earlier after first registration) warranty, subject to conditions stated in the Owner’s Handbook.
