Honda has recently unveiled its XR-V small crossover at the Chengdu Motor Show catered for the Chinese market. The compact SUV is actually a Chinese version of the Japanese ‘Vezel’ or also known as HR-V in other countries and will be produced by Dongfeng Honda.
The XR-V features some changes compared to its cousins, which are focused mainly at the rear end. Visual differences include new slimmer tail lamps that are connected and a restyled bumper. On the front, Honda has put a new bumper with integrated turn signals and fog lights.
The 4,275mm long, 1,770mm wide and 1,605mm tall crossover rides on a 2,610mm wheelbase and will soon launch in China with a choice of two petrol engines with 1.5-litre and 1.8-litre displacements, both mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT.
