Harri Rovanpera was a Finnish rally driver who has been in the rally scene from 1993 to 2006. He was known as a gravel specialist and has driven for teams such as Mitsubishi and the Red Bull Skoda Team. His son on the other hand, has inherited that bit of rallying genius, much like the Khong’s here in Malaysia.
Kalle Rovanpera instead made a fair bit of history by being one of the youngest rally drivers in the world. He first competed at the young and tender age of 8! Yes, that is right. No typo there at all.
The video above shows just how skilled he is as a rally driver and this time we get to see his skills again.
Now if only I can bring up my kid to have these awesome rally racing skills. But of course not everyone is perfect and not everyone is great just like that. Even as a teenager, Kalle’s Facebook page isn’t only showing his achievements but also the mistakes he made and some of the crashes he encountered during races.
