The award-winning Ford Fiesta with 1.0L EcoBoost powertrain has finally arrived in Sabah and Sarawak.
Available in all showrooms across both states from 13 June onwards, the new Ford Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost is priced at RM99,588 on-the-road without insurance. It is available in the five-door Sport+ variant in three choice of colours – Artic White, Panther Black and True Red.
The EcoBoost technology combines direct fuel injection, turbocharging and variable valve timing that enable this downsized engine to deliver the power and performance of a conventional 1.6L engine with class-leading fuel efficiency and emissions levels.
The quiet and smooth-running 1.0L EcoBoost engine produces 123hp of power and peak torque of 170Nm. With 25% fewer moving parts, the 3-cylinder EcoBoost delivers both class-leading fuel efficiency of 5.3L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 121g/km.
Replacing large engines with smaller-displacement EcoBoost engines is one way Ford is delivering on its green technology commitment, which balances capability with environmental responsibility with an estimated fuel economy improvement by more than 20% and 15% less carbon dioxide emissions.

The award-winning 1.0L EcoBoost engine was named “International Engine of the Year” – one of the auto industry’s most prestigious awards globally – for two years in the running.
