BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the new locally assembled BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo with retail price starting at RM 298,800.00* for the 320d Gran Turismo Luxury Line and RM 329,800.00 OTR* for the 328i Gran Turismo Sport Line.
As the 14th variant to join BMW Group Malaysia’s line-up of locally assembled vehicles, the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo will allow Malaysians accessibility to an even wider range of product choices from the automaker.
At the heart of the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo is the multi-award winning BMW TwinPower Turbo technology which teams up with an 8-speed sport automatic transmission to significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
The new BMW 328i Gran Turismo Sport Line houses a 2.0-litre in-line four cylinder engine which delivers a maximum output of 245hp with torque peaking at 350Nm. Accelerating from 0-100km/h takes 6.1 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 250km/h and the average fuel consumption is 6.4 litres per 100km with CO2 emissions of 149 grams per km.
Meanwhile, the new BMW 320d Gran Turismo Luxury Line which is equipped with a 2.0-litre four cylinder diesel engine delivers a maximum output of 184hp with torque peaking at 380Nm, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-100km/h in 7.9 seconds with a top speed of 226km/h. The average fuel consumption for the new BMW 320d Gran Turismo is 4.9 litres per 100km with CO2 emissions of 129 grams per km.
Inside, the rear seating positions have been raised by 59mm, thus allowing a great view outside as well as making entry and exit significantly more comfortable. Additionally, the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo also offers extra headroom with an increase in space particularly noticeable in the rear compartment where an additional 70mm of legroom as compared to the BMW 3 Series sedan.

Meanwhile, the electrically operated tailgate comes as a standard feature, enabling passengers to open and close the back compartment with just a touch of a button.
The BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo is also fitted with the latest technology with BMW ConnectedDrive. Used to manage the information exchanged between passengers, vehicle and the outside world in a particularly intelligent and targeted way, BMW ConnectedDrive is equipped with internet connectivity, Park Distance Control and Navigation System Professional with the highly intuitive iDrive Touch controller. Further enhancements include BMW TeleServices, Bluetooth interface with extended Office functions, as well as BMW Apps which features AUPEO! Personal Internet Radio or Bluetooth Audio.
