Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford in Malaysia has opened a new 3S Centre in Auto City Prai, Penang.
Located at the popular motoring hub, Auto City, along the North – South Highway Juru Interchange, the new facility is also part of Ford’s continued dealer network expansion and customer service enhancement in Malaysia. Ford now has 48 dealer locations nationwide that offer both sales and service, with a target of reaching 50 dealer locations within this year.
Operated by SDAC, this new 3S Centre is equipped with Ford’s standard corporate identity which includes a showroom, service centre and spare parts department.
The facility features a showroom that can display up to five cars and is open seven days a week. There is also a comfortable, user-friendly lounge with free Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities that ensure comfort and convenience for customers.
The adjacent service centre, which is open six days a week, has four service bays and is equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, as well as staffed by Ford-trained technicians.
Apart from that, the new Ford 3S Centre showcases a range of Ford’s global vehicles available in Malaysia, which include the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost and 1.5L variants, Kuga, Focus and Ranger.
This new facility is part of an on-going effort by SDAC and Ford to upgrade existing Ford dealer showrooms, in addition to expanding the dealer network, which will provide complete coverage nationwide and customer convenience.
