Ford Motor Company, through its distribution partner, Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), recently opened a new 3S Centre in Klang.
Strategically located along Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, the new facility is part of Ford’s continued dealer network expansion and customer service enhancements in Malaysia. Ford now has 47 dealer locations nationwide that offer both sales and service, with plans to reach a total of 50 within this year.
Operated by Semangat Anggun Auto Sdn Bhd, this new 3S Centre is an upgrade from the previous facility, and includes a showroom, service centre and spare parts department. The Ford Klang dealership is one of Semangat Anggun Auto’s three Ford dealer outlets.
The Ford Klang 3S Centre features a showroom that is open seven days a week, and will display a range of Ford models which includes the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost and 1.5L variants, Kuga, Focus and Ranger. The upgraded facility now features a comfortable, user-friendly lounge with free Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities that ensure convenience for customers.
The adjacent service centre, which is open six days a week, has three service bays and is equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, as well as staffed by Ford-trained technicians.
This new facility is part of an on-going effort by Ford and SDAC to upgrade existing Ford dealer showrooms, in addition to expanding the dealer network, which will provide more complete coverage nationwide and customer convenience.
