Got a busy schedule? Ford gets it. That’s why Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford is launching the Ford Mobile Service — a new, hassle-free way to get your car serviced without stepping into a dealership.
Instead of rearranging your day around a trip to the service centre, certified Ford technicians can now come directly to your doorstep. Whether you’re at home or the office, routine maintenance and light repairs can be handled on the spot. Think engine oil changes, multi-point inspections, battery replacements, wiper swaps, and air filter changes — all done wherever it’s most convenient for you.
And yes, it’s the real deal. Every job is carried out using genuine Ford parts and manufacturer-approved tools, by trained technicians who know your vehicle inside out. “We are pleased to introduce the Ford Mobile Service as part of our continuous efforts to bring greater value and convenience to enhance the ownership experience. This initiative enables customers to access professional care for their vehicles with the same confidence they would expect at a dealership,” said Auto ConneXion-Ford MD Turse Zuhair.
The service is available from Monday to Saturday where four slots are available in the weekdays from 9am to 3.30pm. Meanwhile, on Saturday two slots are available from 9am to 11am.
Customers can use the SDM OneGo app (available on iOS and Android) to pick your time, location, and service needs. Other than the application, customers can also call the Ford Ara Damansara hotline at 03-7621 5111 to book directly with customer service.
The pilot programme is based out of Ford Ara Damansara, covering locations within a 20 km radius for a flat call-out fee.Need a visit beyond that range? No problem — extra charges will apply based on distance.
As part of the launch, there’s also a limited-time promotional offer on the standard call-out fee to encourage customers to try it out. Keep an eye out when bookings officially open this June.
Right now, it all kicks off at Ara Damansara, but Auto ConneXion has plans to roll out the service nationwide, bringing the same convenience to Ford owners across Malaysia. So if you’re due for a service but short on time — skip the queue. Let Ford Mobile Service come to you.
