Building on the success of the First Editions that wowed driving purists worldwide, these revamped models deliver even more power, performance, and head-turning style. Whether you crave raw supercharged energy or a turbocharged rush, there’s an Emira for you.

The Turbo SE: A Nod to Lotus’s Turbocharged Legacy

The Emira Turbo SE isn’t just about numbers—it’s a homage to Lotus’s history. The name revives the legendary Turbo Esprit from 1980, one of the first sports cars to embrace turbo technology.

The ‘SE’ badge itself dates back to the Type 14 Elite and later adorned icons like the Elan SE Turbo, Lotus Cortina, and Esprit Turbo SE. True to its roots, the Emira Turbo SE lives up to the ‘Special Equipment’ moniker with enhanced power, performance, and premium features.

More Power, More Thrills

Under the bonnet, the 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine—sourced from AMG—delivers an electrifying 400 HP (+40 HP) and 480 Nm of torque (+50 Nm). With an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT), the Turbo SE rockets from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 4.0 seconds, topping out at 290 km/h (180 mph). That’s faster, sharper, and more exhilarating than ever!

To handle all that punch, the Turbo SE packs in Lotus’s Drivers Pack as standard—sports suspension, cross-drilled ventilated brake discs, and launch control. It also boasts forged 20” V-spoke Satin Grey wheels, Zinc Grey paint, Alcantara headliner, and red brake calipers. The cherry on top? A bold new black Lotus badge and tailpipes. Starting price? €109,490 (RM 550,000)

The Emira V6: The Legend Lives On

If you prefer your power with a throaty supercharger, the Emira V6 remains an irresistible choice. Packing a 3.5L charge-cooled, supercharged V6 with 400 bhp, it comes with a six-speed manual or optional automatic transmission.

Key performance goodies include cross-drilled ventilated brakes, Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport tyres, and a limited-slip differential (LSD) on manual models. Design touches like black fabric A-pillars and Cantrail trims add to the sleek aesthetic. The price? €112,490 (RM 565,000)

Made in Hethel, Built for the World

The Emira is proudly built in Hethel, UK, where Lotus has crafted its legends since 1966. With a £100 million investment, the production facility now churns out 5,000 cars annually—a massive jump from 1,500 a decade ago.

In fact, Lotus has already built more Emiras than Esprits, which had a near 30-year production run. That’s serious progress.

A Junior Supercar That’s All Grown Up

“The Lotus Emira is the most accomplished Lotus road car ever,” says Matt Windle, Lotus Cars’ Group VP & MD.

Blending Evija-inspired styling, everyday usability, and pulse-racing performance, the Emira is the ultimate junior supercar—a thrill machine that’s comfortable, functional, and packed with cutting-edge tech.
