Buckle up, motorsport fans—because the Autobacs SUPER GT is roaring back to Malaysia after a 12-year hiatus, and it’s bringing the heat! From 27-28 June 2025, the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit will be the ultimate battleground for Japan’s most elite racing machines, legendary drivers, and an adrenaline-charged crowd ready for some serious action.
But wait—there’s more! The SUPER GT Malaysia 2025 isn’t just about tyre-shredding speeds and heart-stopping overtakes. This year, it’s turning up the volume with a full-blown Japanese cultural fiesta that promises to be just as electrifying as the racing itself. Expect a fusion of thrilling motorsport and a sensory overload of food, music, and entertainment.
Racing Thrills & Cultural Chills
Organised by HARO Sports & Entertainment, this three-year SUPER GT extravaganza kicks off in spectacular fashion. True to the event’s reputation, it’s not just a race—it’s a carnival! Fans can get up close with their favourite teams, cars, and drivers through exclusive pit walks, grid walks, and circuit safaris.
Plus, the festival grounds will be buzzing with merchandise booths, fan zones, and interactive experiences that will keep the energy levels sky-high.
And let’s talk about the cultural magic!
This year, the SUPER GT Malaysia Festival 2025 is teaming up with Nihon Matsuri, Malaysia’s biggest Japanese cultural and food festival. With over 100,000 visitors in its past editions, Nihon Matsuri is a haven for Japanese culture lovers, anime and manga fans, foodies, and curious explorers. Expect vibrant displays, authentic street eats, and immersive experiences that will transport you straight to Tokyo’s bustling streets!
The partnership was officially sealed between HARO Sports & Entertainment and YM Tengku Ezuan Ismara Bin Tengku Nun Ahmad, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of XOX Network Berhad—the holding company of Trumpet International, the powerhouse behind Nihon Matsuri.
