Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, has officially opened its largest 3S showroom in Penang. Located in Seberang Perai Tengah, this state-of-the-art facility represents a RM16.6 million investment and a major expansion of Auto ConneXion’s footprint in the Northern region.

The moment visitors step inside, they are greeted by a concierge, setting the tone for a personalised and welcoming atmosphere. Ford’s Digital Sales Tools enhance customer engagement, making the process of vehicle selection, purchasing, and aftersales services more interactive. A team of 38 highly trained sales and aftersales consultants is on hand to deliver top-notch service that aligns with Ford’s global standards.
Cutting-Edge Facilities and Services
Designed in accordance with Ford’s Signature identity, the showroom features six display vehicles and a dedicated vehicle delivery room, ensuring an exceptional Ford ownership journey. The facility also boasts 16 service bays and a spare parts centre, making maintenance and repairs more accessible than ever.
To further support customers, Auto ConneXion has also launched a brand-new 28,000 square foot Body & Paint Centre just seven kilometres away. This specialised facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including body repairs, spray painting, windscreen replacement, and polishing.

Showroom hours are from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sundays and public holidays. Aftersales services are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays and from 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
