The local police force in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, have held a ceremony to celebrate the delivery of a Nissan GT-R, which will be used as a patrol car in Japan. Gone will be the stereotype that many people might have of the Japanese police who can’t chase after cars speeding faster than 180kmh. Why?
