SISMA Auto, a name synonymous with Jaguar and Land Rover, is now adding a third iconic brand to its portfolio, as Swedish carmaker, Volvo joins its fold. The company has announced that it has been recently appointed as an authorised dealer by Volvo Car Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
“SISMA Auto has an excellent track-record of managing luxury brands and with their inclusion into the Volvo Cars family, we will be able to meet the growing demand for our brand” said Lennart Stegland (above, right), Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia.
Volvo Car Malaysia has recently seen rapid expansion of their dealership network throughout major cities in Peninsular Malaysia as part of their effort to provide better service and more options for their customers. In line with this move, SISMA Auto will be transforming its city showroom at Menara Worldwide, Jalan Bukit Bintang, into a Volvo showroom.
Scheduled to officially open in October this year, the showroom will help enhance the visibility and awareness of Volvo’s latest range of highly acclaimed products in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s premier residential and commercial district. Car owners who reside or work in the vicinity can enjoy a premium ownership experience as the new Volvo city showroom will offer SISMA Auto’s Concierge Service, which offers exclusive home or office vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

SISMA Auto’s off-site Volvo service centre will offer the complete range of aftersales services too. In conjunction with the opening of the new showroom, customers who purchase any new Volvo model from SISMA Auto would stand a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Sweden.
SISMA Auto Managing Director, Syed Khalil Syed Ibrahim (below, left) said that the company was thrilled to welcome another premium Continental car brand into its fold.
“We are looking forward to working with Volvo, which has an exciting range of new models at very competitive prices that meet the needs of the Malaysian market,” he said. Syed Khalil said that the company was still very much committed to building the Jaguar Land Rover brand in Malaysia in the long-term. SISMA Auto will continue to operate its Jaguar Land Rover branches in Glenmarie, and Penang to serve its loyal customers.
