Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM) recently held its Nissan Green Drive Hole-In-One Challenge 2013 Grand Final at Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah.
The company has received overwhelming response from participants for this annual event with some participants travelling from as far away as Singapore and Kota Bahru to participate in this 16th consecutive grand final.
The 28 achievers that qualified from making aces at 60 participating golf clubs nationwide, as well as 86 corporate and media invitees, managed to complete 18 holes of challenging golf on the Alam Shah and President nines. The course itself was in good condition and it was a fairly good weather.
The mode of play for the Grand Finals was Stableford format and Encik Shaiffuddin Manan, a 7 handicapper from Kota Permai, won the Achievers Category with 38 points. En.Manan, who has been playing golf for around 10 years, put his victory down to luck as he didn’t expect 38 points to be good enough to win.
