Only recently did we get a report that a varsity student was killed by a vehicle which was travelling the wrong way in Kuala Lumpur back in February. Videos are now currently travelling through the social media grapevine about another case which just happened earlier today of another case of a car travelling the wrong way.
Thanks to a reader, here is another post found on Facebook with more information on the accident.
In this case, a teal coloured Proton can be seen in the video posted travelling on the other side of what seems to be a highway. In the first video, it just shows the car travelling whilst the car in which the video was recorded from was stuck in traffic.
At the end of the other video which was shared showed the aftermath of the would-be accident.
A report by The News Strait Times has confirmed that one person died from the accident which occurred this morning at 7.50am in Penang near the Sungai Dua toll.
Seberang Prai Tengah district police chief Assistant Commissioner Nik Ros Azhan said the woman had been detained to assist investigations.
Police later confirmed that the woman tested positive for methamphetamine.
