Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Kia Motors vehicles in Malaysia, has opened its latest 3S outlet in Penang, Kia Bayan Lepas.
Sitting on a 4,600 square foot area, Kia Bayan Lepas is a 3S centre that can display up to 4 cars in the showroom area and has 4 service bays that is able to service up to 14 cars per day. The outlet is located at Jalan Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas and has a sales target of 20 units per month.
“As one of the most industrialised states in Malaysia, Penang has a highly developed infrastructure and bustling economic activity which makes it one of our most important markets outside of the Klang Valley.The robust development undergone by this district makes it the ideal place to set up a one-stop centre that caters to the needs of both potential customers and Kia owners,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George, Group Chief Operating Officer, Automotive Group, Naza Corporation Holdings, during the official 3S Centre opening ceremony.
Built at a cost of RM1.2 million, this 3S outlet is equipped for Sales, Service and Spare Parts, coupled with customer amenities such as lounge and wifi, to cater to Kia owners in Bayan Lepas and Penang in general.
“Next year, we will be introducing a diverse range of models from the B-segment, D-segment, large MPV, SUV and MPV that will surely appeal to the tastes of discerning customers. We will also be continuing our on-going network enhancement exercise for outlets in every major market by targeting quality and efficiency improvement. Through this exercise, customers will be able to enjoy exceptional new sales-vehicle delivery and quick turnaround time for after sales service,” added Dato’ Samson.
