Proton has officially teased the all-new 2016 Persona, indicating that the official launch is just around the corner!
The Persona will be the second model Proton debuts this year, after the Perdana. In the coming months, Proton will unveil the new Saga and the Suzuki Ertiga-based MPV.
The 2016 Proton Persona, when it arrives later this month, will be powered by a 1.6-litre Campro VVT engine, mated to a Punch-sourced CVT or a five-speed Getrag-sourced manual. We also mentioned earlier that the standard safety kit is quite generous for the new Persona, as it will come with ABS, EBD, BA, TC, ESC and HHA.
