Those of you in the market for a family MPV can head down to your nearest Citroen outlets on June 14 and June 15 2014 as Naza Euro Motors, the official distributor of the Citroen brand in Malaysia will be previewing the new Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.
The new Citroen Grand C4 Picasso is a uniquely styled MPV that has won a slew of honours including ‘Best Seven-seat People Carrier’ in the Fleet News Awards, ‘Family Car of the Year’ in BBC Top Gear magazine, ‘Best in Category’ in the Automotive and Transport section of the Good Design Awards, ‘Family MPV of the Year’ in Autobild Golden Steering Wheel 2013, ‘MPV of the Year’ at the What Car? Car of the Year Awards 2014 as well as ‘MPV of the Year’ in the UK Car of the Year Awards.
Built on the new EMP2 platform, the Grand C4 Picasso is identical in width and length to the current model, but is 50mm lower and has a 55mm longer wheelbase. The stretched wheelbase enables more space on the inside for passengers and cargo, and the wider front and rear track also liberates more elbow room. Cabin ambience is also lifted thanks to improved material quality, as well as the extensive use of LED ambient lighting.
The new Grand C4 Picasso will feature a wide array of technology too, such as a 7-inch touch screen driver interface, 12-inch HD panoramic screen with navigation system, rear view camera and massage function in the driver and front passenger’s seats.
